This RFI is part of Transnet’s broader Private Sector Participation (PSP) strategy, aimed at driving economic growth and innovation in South Africa's luxury tourism sector.
Tender description
Transnet seeks qualified and experienced investors or operators with expertise in luxury hospitality, tourism, or rail operations to collaborate in:
- Optimising operational efficiency of the Blue Train,
- Unlocking new tourism and commercial opportunities,
- Enhancing profitability, and
- Sustaining and growing this prestigious asset.
